Special Session: Micro/nano structural interface applied in bioscience and catalysis
This session is set up for exploring the construction of nanostructure and microstructure as well as the measurement, which can be applied in different application such as biomedicine and catalysis. The leading researches from physics, chemistry and material science will be invited. Main aim is to provide ones with various backgrounds the venue to communicate.

Special Session: Cross-Scale Micro and Nano Manufacturing
Cross-scale micro and nano manufacturing technology involves multi disciplinary fields (machinery, fluid, chemistry, nano-tribology, biology, materials science, etc.), which is the basis of national high-tech and strategic emerging industries, the basic core technology of "Made in China 2025" and "new generation of artificial intelligence development plan", and the core support technology of China's modern equipment manufacturing. The purpose of this session is to discuss various advanced theories, advanced manufacturing technologies, performance characterization methods and future development trends of cross-scale micro and nano manufacturing technologies. The session invited professionals from various disciplines, fields and universities to present rich research results from the aspects of technical means, theoretical expansion, application prospects, and cross-technology, providing a platform for knowledge and information integration for the prosperity and development of cross-scale micro and nano manufacturing technology.
