3M-NANO council cordially invites you to organize a Special Session (5-6 presentations) at 3M-NANO 2017. Special Sessions are part of the Technical program that will include several (4-6) parallel sessions. Each session accommodates 5-6 oral presentations, with 20 min for each presentation.
Every Special Session organizer (at least 5 presentations required) will benefit from the appreciation offer from 3M-NANO council. Please contact 3M-NANO secretariat 3M-NANO@cust.edu.cn / 3m.nano.secretariat@gmail.com for further details, if you are interested in organization of a Special Session.
Proposals for Special Sessions (5-6 presentations) with a session title and a list of presentations (presentation title and contact information with e-mail address of the presenting author) must be emailed to 3M-NANO Secretariat 3M-NANO@cust.edu.cn / 3m.nano.secretariat@gmail.com by 1 May June 2017.
You can offer two options to the potential speakers in your Special Session. The usual option is to submit a paper - short paper (up to 3 pages) or full paper (4-6 pages) - to the conference. Every paper has to be submitted in a regular way through 3M-NANO on-line submission system by 1 June 2017.
The second option is to make a presentation in the Special Session without submitting a paper. In this case, the same regulations for the registration fee payment as for paper submission will be applied, see below (paper = presentation).
All speakers (senior professional title) in a Special Session receive an Invited Talk certificate.
We kindly ask you to bear in mind the following information of 3M-NANO policy: Payment of 3M-NANO 2017 registration fee is required from every conference participant, including Keynote Speakers, General Chairs, Special Session Organizers, and all Chairs and members of Conference committees. Each accepted paper must be accompanied with a paid registration. Each paid registration covers only one paper. A second paper from the same author can be published and presented at the conference if the author paid the registration fee and the extra paper charge.
