Special Sessions:  Proposals for special sessions with the session title, the chairs, and  a list of proposed papers including paper titles, author names and affiliations must be submitted to the Secretary of 3M-NANO and copy to the Special Sessions Chair by 31 March 2011. Every paper of a proposed session has to: (1) be submitted in a regular way, (2) mention the allocation to a particular special session, and (3) follow a standard review procedure.
